If you plan on spending your summer vacation in Kokomo this summer, you should still have your vehicle checked and, if necessary, serviced, before you head out to any summer events. Indiana H.O.G. State Rally
The Indiana Harley Owners Group State Rally will be held July 23, 2015 through July 25, 2015 in Kokomo. Even if you don’t have a bike, stop by to see all of the different bikes. First Friday “Band Night”
On August 7, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. in downtown Kokomo, the First Friday “Band Night” will be held. There will also be free self-guided arts tours in the downtown district. The event runs from 5:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Winding Creek Bluegrass Festival
From Friday, August 21, 2015 through Sunday August 23, 2015, the Winding Creek Bluegrass Festival will he held at 100 South 9980 West, Russiaville, which is about 10 miles west of Kokomo. The Firestone Legends concert and Indianapolis 500 are events you don’t want to miss. Florida Georgia Line will headline the annual Legends Day concerts, which will take place throughout the day on Saturday, May 23. Indianapolis 500 events fill the month of May, but the main event will take place on Sunday, May 24. General admission tickets to the concert and the race typically cost $40 a piece, and you have the opportunity to win two concert tickets and two race tickets simply by filling out our entry form.

Although teenagers might deny it, they learn pretty much everything they know from their parents. After 16 years of them watching you drive, they are certainly going to mimic the way you drive when it comes time for them to get behind the wheel. But let’s be honest, many of us have a few bad habits behind the wheel that new teen drivers should avoid. Whether it’s putting makeup on as you take them to school, checking your phone, or exhibiting frustration toward other drivers, your teenage passenger is subconsciously taking notes as to how to act and react behind the wheel. For automotive enthusiasts and motorists who admire the history of the industry, there is an awesome new way to catch a glimpse of one of the most storied brands in the automotive world. Just a couple days ago, the Honda Heritage Museum in Marysville, Ohio opened its doors to some incredible displays that tell the story of Honda’s past in North America, and more specifically, Ohio.
